Oxford in Bloom

All over Oxford there are lush gardens behind the wall of each college gate.  I wonder if there is an unspoken competition going on here?  Don't ask me to judge -- they are all groomed to a fair thee well and breathtaking.  Here are a few of our experiences....

Iris are my favorite flower.  How sweet that they bloomed just when we were visiting.
